If the order is canceled before the commencement of work or production.
In case of a technical issue where the service cannot be completed.
Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:
For custom-designed products or services that have already been approved by the customer.
Minor design modifications or differences that do not significantly impact the usability of the product/service.
If the delay or dissatisfaction arises due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.
To initiate a refund, customers must:
Email us at support@designwalas.in within 7 days of receiving the product or service.
Provide detailed information about the issue, along with any relevant documents or screenshots.
Allow our team to investigate and resolve the issue within 7-10 business days.
Once the refund request is approved:
The refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may incur a processing fee depending on the progress of the work.
Refunds are not applicable for digital or downloadable products once they are delivered.
Promotional offers, discounts, or special event purchases are non-refundable.
